Lights, Camera, aaaand ACTION!

William Shakespeare commented on human life in this famous line:

"All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players”

(players would be called actors/actresses today.)

Following that comparison, consider this:

Every day you wake up, you read yourself a script.

I’m here to warn you, be sure you’re reading the right script.

Double-check the author and who gave you that script.

This script you read daily determines who you will live like, that day.

If you are telling yourself in the mirror that you are worthless, recognize quickly that is the wrong script.

You are priceless.

If you feel low in your faith, and you can’t gain confidence in Christ, remember you are of royal blood in Him. You’ve been bought at a price by the shed blood of the eternal King.

That’s the script you need to refer to.

If you live by the right script, you will carry yourself with the right mindset and identity.

Verses To Digest:

“Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”

1 John 4:4

I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Galatians 2:20

Your next steps:

Examine your script.

The thoughts you think, the things you tell yourself and you allow yourself to accept.

Filter the lines of your script through God’s Scriptures.

Don’t trade truth for question marks.

Don’t allow lies to take the place of what God has already shown you.

The devil will try to challenge God’s Word. He has offered a counterfeit script since the beginning. It’s up to you each day to choose the correct script and live by it.

If the world is a stage, let’s make sure we follow the Script that the Director has given us. The one that gives you your true identity.

Take His cues today.

Memorize His lines.

If you falter in this pursuit, revisit the Script, talk with the Director and He will kindly tell you,

“The show must go on…..Lights, camera, aaaand ACTION!"

All love,

Lowery
